How Early Should I Book My Event?

While there is no deadline for booking, we typically book 1-7 months in advance depending on event type. Last-minute bookings are occasionally available. Our goal is to put on a memorable event within your budget, so request your quote from us today.

Are Packages Flexible?

Yes, we put together starting packages to give you a jumping off point and to establish your budget. Then, we'll customize the event to meet your needs. We're nothing if not absolutely flexible.

How Many Guests Can You Accommodate?

A historic home, The Warren House can accommodate up to 150 guests for an indoor reception and our large outdoor deck and patio can accommodate up to 120 guests weather permitting. The style of your reception, buffet, formal-seated, or cocktail, will determine an appropriate maximum guest count for your event.

Is the House Set Up For Events?

The house is completely customizable based upon your needs and event type. Furniture  cannot be moved to create the set up you desire.

Will Someone Be Onsite Should I Need Assistance?

Our facilities manager and an event assistant will be onsite during your event to help you. If you'd like staffing including servers, assistants, or planners, that can be arranged through an appropriate additional fee.

Can I Use My Own Vendors?

While we are not a catering company, we have a list of preferred caterers that are familiar with our setup and can provide excellent food service. You aren't required to use these companies, however, if you provide your own food and drinks you will need to provide plates, glasses, and flatware or rent it from us.

Is a Contract Required?

While event insurance is not required, it is suggested!

What Are Your Weather Provisions?

Our outdoor events can easily be moved indoors.

What Types of Linen Do You Provide?

White or black linens are included in your package. Other selections are available through partner rental companies for an additional fee.

Are Internet Services Available?

Yes, WiFi is provided at no additional charge, however, speed of connection is not guaranteed.

What is Required to Book?

Deposits vary depending on the event but the average deposit is $450. Your balance, including additional rentals and services, will be due prior to the event date.

Is The Warren House Handicapped Accessible?

The bottom floor, deck, coach house, and patio are wheelchair accessible.

Is There a Kitchen Onsite?

Yes, caterers typically prepare food in their own kitchen and transport it to the venue to be served, however, a warming kitchen with refrigerators, small counter space, a microwave, and sink is available. No oven is available onsite; caterers will need to provide their own.

Is There Parking Onsite?

Yes, we have a private lot alongside and behind the house that can accommodate up to 70 cars with additional street parking available.
DJ equipment

Can I Hire a DJ? What Time Must the Music End?

We have a list of preferred DJs who know who to get everyone dancing! However, due to the mixed-use nature of the neighborhood, we request that loud music cease by 10:00 PM. Respect for our neighbors requires the noise level to remain appropriate and our staff reserves the right to adjust music and noise levels.
